How Microsoft NCE (New Commerce) terms work
Monthly commitment

- Commitment term is twelve months (per subscription)
- Seats can increase mid-term; reductions at renewal
- Billing can be monthly or annual; price protected for the term
There’s a short change/cancellation window after new orders or seat changes (typically ~72 hours). We’ll set this out clearly in your proposal.
